In 2020, 56% of the population of the Flemish Region expressed confidence in the European Parliament, 51% indicated trust in the European Commission and 57% trusted the European Central Bank.
The level of confidence in the European institutions in Flanders is therefore higher than the EU-average and the level of confidence that was expressed by the population of the Walloon Region.
